We all get carried away in thoughts, dreams, anxieties, and memories. Through yoga you can reground yourself with your breath and body and return to what is happening here and now.
Yoga is an opportunity to engage everything from the outer-edge of your foot to your pinky finger. Learn to stabilize, release tension and recognize the connections between your body parts.
Your practice is a time to listen to yourself. What do you need in order to heal, love, and receive? What is your body telling you? Through practice, you have the opportunity to open to yourself, and to bring that openness off of your mat and into the world.
